By accessing and using SendMeL.ink ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendMeL.ink provides Instagram automation tools that allow users to automate responses to comments, direct messages, story replies, and mentions on Instagram. The Service integrates with Instagram's official API to provide these features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account to SendMeL.ink, you:

• Grant us permission to access your Instagram account data as specified in our Privacy Policy
• Acknowledge that you have the right to connect the Instagram account
• Agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Understand that Instagram may revoke access at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Subscription and Payments

• We offer both free and paid subscription plans
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 1 automation and 1 Instagram account. Pro accounts can create unlimited automations and connect up to 10 Instagram accounts. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SendMeL.ink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of Instagram's policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SENDMEL.INK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendMeL.ink from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SendMeL.ink operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
