When you use SendMeL.ink, we collect and store:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and profile details
• Instagram Data: Username, Instagram user ID, and access tokens
• Automation Data: Your automation settings, triggers, and message templates
• Usage Data: Service usage logs and analytics
• Subscription Data: Payment history and subscription status (processed by Stripe)

How to Delete Your Data

Follow these simple steps to permanently delete all your data from SendMeL.ink:

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

• Your account information (email, name, profile)
• All Instagram account connections and access tokens
• All automation configurations and settings
• All usage logs and analytics data
• All personal data stored in our database

What We Keep

For legal and regulatory compliance, we may retain:

• Transaction Records: Payment history (stored by Stripe, our payment processor)
• Legal Records: Data required by law or for legal proceedings

These records do not contain personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.

Timeline

Account deletion through the dashboard is immediate and permanent. Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data will be removed from our systems immediately.

After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• You will no longer be able to log in to your account
• All automations will be permanently stopped
• Your Instagram account will be disconnected from our service
• You can create a new account in the future if you wish
• Your data cannot be recovered
